South Korean graduation flag stoles are a popular accessory worn by students during graduation ceremonies in South Korea. These stoles are typically made of satin or silk and feature the colors of the South Korean flag, which are white, black, and red.

The tradition of wearing graduation stoles in South Korea dates back to the 1950s when universities began to adopt the practice of wearing academic regalia during graduation ceremonies. Today, it is a common sight to see graduates wearing these stoles as they receive their diplomas.

The significance of the South Korean graduation flag stoles lies in the colors and symbols that are featured on them. The white represents purity and peace, while the black represents the yin and yang of the universe. The red symbolizes passion, courage, and the blood shed by those who fought for the country's independence.

In addition to these colors, the South Korean flag is also emblazoned on the stoles. The flag, known as the Taegeukgi, is made up of a red and blue circle in the center, which is surrounded by four trigrams. The trigrams represent the elements of the universe: heaven, earth, water, and fire.

Wearing a South Korean graduation flag stole is a way for graduates to show their patriotism and pride in their country. It is also a way for them to honor their heritage and the sacrifices made by those who came before them.

What is the material of your stoles? Washing Instructions?

Our stoles are all made of 100% polyester. Purely made polyester, like our products, is extremely strong, extremely durable and has excellent properties such as being hydrophobic in nature that leads to quick-drying and stain resistance.

They cannot be made in another fabric except for our v-neck stoles that can be made in matte fabric as well.

We recommend dry cleaning for all of our products in order to keep the integrity of the garment. However, our products can be washed in a machine using the gentle cycle or handwashed. For drying, please hang dry. The material can be ironed on a low setting.
